Road to $1m arr day 2/60. my 2 priorities to make it happen:

talent pool and high-velocity leads

Day 2 of the $1M ARR sprint.

No new client signed today. But I shipped the actual plan for the next 58 days.

My energy should be spent on 2 things. Nothing more.

1)Qualify and focus

Out of all the signals captured yesterday (plus existing CRM prospects), I need to split two categories:

→ Those who could start a full collaboration in November.

→ Those who only want to start in January 2026, but could take a December setup month.

December is usually a dead month in B2B. But we proved in August that the “setup-to-velocity” strategy works:

hook clients with setup in the quiet month → hit full speed when everyone’s back.

That’s what made August our #1 month and September our #2.

December 2025 → January 2026 will be the same play.

2)La Masia bench

I am real madrid fan (hope i won’t lost any susbcribers for having shared this information). But I got inspired by Barcelona’s academy.

One of the blockers to get to $1m ARR will be to balance our operational capacity to deliver at 100% of our standards while still closing deals to make the goal happen.

So i decided to build Earleads Masia:

  • Build a list of GTM engineers, copywriters, growth hackers.

  • Train them with our SOPs, docs, and videos.

  • Let them shadow or support small campaigns.

  • When we close bigger clients, we already know who’s ready to step in on paid projects.

Leads pipeline is already here and we have 0 issues to double that if needed.

So this is the plan to build our talent pipeline to ensure we can grow.

I’ve always been a fan of retainers models (client signed is incentivized to stay long term because the service delivered is a recurrent need). So i am doubling down in our challenge in this logic.

Some current clients may just be one-shots or want to pause before the end of the year and as revenue depends on compounding MRR, I need to map which accounts are at risk and why.

Bringing new clients in while ensuring existing ones stays.

I also need to balance hype vs. reality.

Some prospects want to start right now. Others love the story but see themselves joining in months. I need to make sure the $1M challenge doesn’t bias decisions that could hurt the agency long-term.

Building in public is amazing. The moment you talk in public, intros come in. Two clients already referred us to potential new partners purely because of this challenge.

I am loving it.

Weekend is in. I’ve got a lot of homework. Tomorrow I’ll be doing some math: analyze the fastest ICPs we’ve ever closed and focus on these. The goal is to maximize velocity without compromising strategy.

Oh and next week, I’ll try to land two upsells on a service we’ve never promoted on LinkedIn/talked about on our website (GEO/Reddit Go-To-Market).

Let’s see what happens.

ARR: $547K → Target: $1M | Days remaining: 58

See you tomorrow 👊

O.
