Road to $1M ARR day 26/60: be vocal.
1 post 3 intros. 2 inbounds.
Day 26 of the $1M ARR sprint.
BE vocal. That’s the entire strategy.

Posted I’m in NYC. Got 3 intros and 2 inbounds within hours. No fancy sales sequence. No automation. Just told people where I am.
This is what I’ve been preaching for 4 years now. Founder led sales and building in public actually works.
People connect with people. People love stories. People want to be part of a journey.
There’s a reason we’re all glued to our screens for hours following lives of people we don’t even know.
Networks only activate when triggered naturally. Content creates that trigger.

Dropped everything this morning to write.
Not for LinkedIn. Just for clarity.
3 thoughts i was able to put on paper struck by:
1- The $1M ARR goal is just step 1 of my plan
(yeah, i know. not even there and already thinking it’s small)
I don’t want to build a lifestyle agency that plateaus at $1-2M. I’d rather fail at something ambitious than succeed at something comfortable.
I can already hear the voice of my favorite CTO (hello Brivael) screaming at me “then go build a billion $ you dumbass”...
who knows? maybe one day :))
Already spent today mapping what Earleads looks like at $10M ARR. The systems, the team, the entire architecture.
I need constant challenge or I’ll self-sabotage out of boredom.
2- Ecosystem, not agency
Earleads won’t just be services. It needs to be an ecosystem: service, product, consultancy.
I’ve built my way to think the sweet spot isn’t choosing between vertical depth or horizontal scale. It’s building strategic adjacencies (complementary offers).
Start with what we do best (GTM engineering), then expand into tools our clients need, education they’re asking for, implementation they can’t handle alone.
Each piece reinforces the others. Services inform product. Product creates service opportunities. Consultancy feeds both.
3- Full internal ownership or nothing
Partners are fine for short period of times but everything should be internalized at some point. If we don’t it means it’s not a MUST do thing.
This is how you stay lean, profitable, and actually learn.
Every outsourced task is knowledge walking out the door. Every partner dependency is margin i am giving away.
Build the bench. Train the team. Own the entire stack.

Sent one proposal today. Solid opportunity. The kind of client who gets what we’re building.
But the real win today is clarity i am gaining.
Most founders chase revenue first, figure out vision later. I’m doing both simultaneously. Building the $1M ARR sprint while designing the $10M architecture.
The sprint forces immediate action. The vision ensures those actions compound toward something bigger.
The velocity is building.
The vision is crystallizing.
And i’m just getting started.
ARR: $706K → Target: $1M | Days remaining: 34
See you tomorrow 👊
