50% through the challenge. Will i make it?

Time to do some math.

Added a total of $250K in ARR. Exactly 50% of what was needed. But also lost $50K during that same period, which makes the net gain in ARR at 36%.

Not bad to be fair, but i am behind. i still need to add $319K without losing a single $. And i have 30 days left.

One of the reasons why i love numbers is it kills ego. There’s no room for fake excuses or putting the fault elsewhere. It’s a mirror of my actions.

And the mirror is currently showing 2 things:

1- i did add $250K in 30 days (never done that before) the first which were the slowest part of the challenge so i proved it was possible to add that amount in 30 days with less clarity, direction, and pipeline than i have now.

2- it proved that we can keep retention quite high. The 2 clients we lost were both with us for > 6 months, which is GOOD retention in the agency threshold. And both were part of our lowest offer, which means it opens better unit economics possibilities.

i have limpid clarity. Today was a good day.

Sent 2 proposals and confident both will get validated next week. Booked 3 in-person meetings just today for next week.

The challenge now is how can i use our resources efficiently in the next 30 days to make this happen. i have specific ideas and i just need to execute them.

The first 30 days were about proving the model works. Pipeline creation, qualification, systems building.

The foundation stuff no one talks about but everyone needs.

These next 30 days are pure execution. No more building. Just closing.

This is getting juicy. Exciting. Thrilling. i don’t have the words for it haha.

The in-person meetings next week could change everything. There’s something about sitting across from someone, reading their energy, building actual rapport.

Zoom calls convert at 20%. In person meetings 60%+.

That’s not a marginal gain. That’s a different game entirely.

i am getting more confident about us pulling this crazy challenge off. And if we do, then hell yeah 2026 is gonna be about $10M in ARR :))).

Shoot for the moon to fall on a super profitable scalable and bootstrapped business as the saying goes (is it this? lmfao).
