Day 41 of the $1M ARR sprint.

Velocity is insane and i’m starting to understand what REAL momentum actually feels like.

Multiple qualified leads hitting my inbox daily. Not tire kickers. Not “let’s chat sometime.” Real conversations with real budget holders who need what we build.

The storytelling angle is working better than any marketing campaign we’ve ever run.

Sharing the goal publicly, committing to it, then showing the actual growth in real-time? People see exactly how we operate.

The knowledge. The systems. The intelligence that glues everything together.

This challenge as a marketing investment is a genius move (throwing flowers at myself). No spray and pray. No fancy funnels.

Just radical transparency about the journey.

Sent a new proposal today. Validation coming tomorrow. Plus three other deals that’ll either validate or die this week.

Two proposals per day is my baseline this week.

That new campaign i mentioned yesterday already generated two conversations that will eventually turn into calls with qualified leads.

This challenge taught me something about how to create success that i couldn’t have learned any other way.

Bite off more than you can chew, then figure out how to chew it.

That’s literally this entire 60 days. Set an absurd goal. Commit publicly. Then reverse-engineer the systems to make it inevitable.

Most founders would call this reckless. i call it necessary. You don’t know your actual capacity until you push past what feels comfortable.
