Road to $1M ARR day 42/60: +$50k in arr
new client. new proposals sent. new calls booked.
Day 42 of the $1M ARR sprint.
Signed $50K today.

I’ve been at this game long enough to know when momentum shifts. Today felt like that shift.
Not because of the revenue (though $50K in a day is solid). But because of what the head of marketing at a Bay Area scaleup told me after our fourth call:
“4th time we spoke Othmane, and i can tell you mate you’re becoming extremely good at this, i will bet on you shoot your proposal i want to make something happen.”
Four calls. Four iterations of my pitch. Each one sharper than the last.
The articulation of what we do at Earleads finally matches what the market actually needs. Took me long enough.

The compound effect is real. Weekly intros from clients. Weekly prospects reaching out interested. Weekly talents wanting to work with us.
The systems we built are feeding themselves now. Client delivers results → client makes intro → new client sees results → makes another intro.
The machine runs itself.
I’ve got crazy confidence about making Earleads a $1.5-2M ARR company by end of Q1 2026.
Not hope. Confidence. There’s a difference.
Two more calls set up this week. i am fully packed. My ratio is increasing. The math is compoundingly mathing.

What’s driving me hardest right now? Watching my team grow.
i am applying the same energy to my team. Seeing each of them grow, be more confident, become better, it’s an utterly amazing feeling.
And it’s one of my biggest motivations. Make it happen so they can keep growing at Earleads.
Growing for me means different things:
Make more and more $$$
Learn skills that are worth a lot of $$$
Have ownership of tasks they enjoy/want
Support them with additional team members
Be able to propose ideas and launch them as experiments
This journey is quite amazing. i wouldn’t have thought i’d be here at 24 to be fair, yet i decided to bet on myself and let work, dedication, patience, honesty, and integrity do wonders.

The $1M will happen. i know it now.
But what excites me more is what comes after. The foundations we’re building will create exponentiality. Real infrastructure that scales.
i am nearly done with Earleads 2.0 manifesto. Can’t wait to tell you more. It’ll be about “AI native companies” and how they’ll eat the market.
i hope you’re enjoying these daily updates, because i do and i’ll try to keep this a habit.
Daily? i don’t know. But i can’t see myself stopping this.
i might talk less about revenue on a day to day after the challenge but more on a monthly basis, but still you got the point.
The compound effect only works if you keep compounding.
