Day 46 of the $1M ARR sprint.
Sunday work hits different when you’re 14 days from a public deadline.

Checked last week’s progress. Mapped tomorrow’s pipeline work.
Monday will start with ne new client onboarding, one proposal to send, one discovery call, three warm follow-ups, plus recording a GTM playbook breakdown for two interested prospects.
But the real work happened in my head today.

Earleads 46 days ago versus Earleads now? Drastically different company. Not because we pivoted or raised funding or hired 20 people.
Because public commitment forced clarity.
A good friend kept reminding me that information comes from action. So instead of thinking about this challenge for another month, I just launched it. Figured it out live.
Most founders I know are stuck in the same spot they were six months ago. They find 10 reasons not to do something.
I found 100 reasons to announce this insane sprint and deal with the consequences.
And to be fair Othmane’s from 46 days ago was not capable of pulling this off. Today? Yes, i am utterly convinced i became the person to make it happen.

Information is specific. Contextual. Has more weight when earned through experience versus consumed through someone else’s framework.
The clarity and compounding effect gained these 46 days is worth millions. Literally.
We’re tracking toward 2X revenue in 60 dyas because the constraint of public accountability forced me to learn what actually moves the needle, to leverage every asset i had, to push my team everyday.
To take more calls than i could. To get those 16 hours workdays. To work every saturday and sunday. To wake up early, sleep late, and balance between 200 tasks…
I committed to something slightly terrifying. Made it public and watched my brain reorganize every system around making it happen.
