Day 45 of the $1M ARR sprint.

Woke at 4am. Blame the two burgers from yesterday. Since I had to catch sunrise at Brooklyn Bridge at 5:30 anyway, I worked from 4:30 to 5:30.



Two things got done:

  • Finalized the new sales “deck” (it’s a Notion doc). After weeks drafting this in my head, it finally reflects what Earleads actually is.

  • Did a quick sparring round with ChatGPT about distributing one of our GTM playbooks. Gotta excite people without revealing too much.

After sunrise with wifey, we walked from Brooklyn Bridge to Williamsburg. The conversation during that walk was thoughtful.

Three topics:

1-We’re one member short on the core team. Not looking for another specialist. Need someone who owns responsibilities and thinks like a generalist.

2-Each team member should own a content pillar. I’ll help them build their personal brands on LinkedIn around that. But more on that after we meet in person.

3-Organic content is the ultimate GTM. Nail storytelling. Stay authentic. Distribute continuously. You become unstoppable.
