at this point my days should be studied

Day 55 of the $1M ARR sprint.

At this point my days should be studied.

The velocity of task management, the speed, the pattern recognition across 50+ days of compound execution.

Sometimes i even surprise myself. i could write a full productivity newsletter on what i’ve built in my head during this sprint alone.

Anyway, pep talk and ego out of the way. Numbers.

  • 2 new calls booked (i said nothing would be booked but prospects answered previous campaigns, so technically not my fault)

  • 1 call scheduled with one of the biggest startup investors in Europe. Thank you B for the intro. i need to ace this one.

  • First opportunity to get equity and profit sharing in exchange for our services. This is huge. We’ve wanted to explore this model for a while now.

  • New proposal sent to a company that’s super excited about 2 of our playbooks.

  • And while writing this, a WhatsApp message from a lead i previously exchanged with.

arghhhhhhhhhhh too much dopamine for one day.

The investor call has me thinking.

When i started Earleads, i avoided prospects with significant funding. Felt out of my league. Now i specifically target them. Sophisticated buyers who understand the value of orchestrated GTM systems.

i won’t get cocky though. The call needs to be flawless. Show the workflows. Demo like i’m selling software, not services. Make them see why their portfolio companies are bleeding money on fragmented approaches.

The equity opportunity deserves its own thought.

Cash-for-services is clean. Predictable. But equity-for-services, done right, means betting on companies we believe in. Aligns incentives completely. If they win, we win.

We’ve discussed this internally for months. Now someone actually proposed it. The specifics need work but the door is open.

(that company was willing to pay for the service and maybe the challenge would’ve been closed, but my greedy ass went for option b…)
