Road to $1M ARR day 60/60: The End.
Thank you.
Day 60 of the $1M ARR sprint.
Slept 11 hours yesterday. Body was screaming for it. Woke up thinking the last 60 days were a dream.

I need time to process what just happened.
The person who started this challenge 60 days ago doesn’t exist anymore. The maturity required to handle this pressure, this acceleration, everything that came with it completely reshaped me.
I operate at a different level now. I can feel it.
The learnings. The insights. The skills. The network.
There’s something about putting a ridiculous milestone out there and working your ass off to make it happen. I literally felt like i had no choice.
I loved the game before this challenge. I love it more now.
Not just because the milestone is checked. But because dreams and reality are colliding more than ever before.

Let me be clear about something.
There’s nothing healthy about what i just did. Working 7 days a week. Being completely obsessed. I’d be lying if i said this was good for me.
But 60 days ago i was given a choice: build a business-lifestyle or build a business bigger than myself.
I chose option 2.
And that means sacrifice.
Now that the goal is achieved, i’m already thinking about the next one. Because i’ve accepted MY truth.
The reason i grind this hard isn’t for some treasure at the end of the tunnel. I thought it was because i enjoy playing.
But the real reason? I enjoy winning.
It’s in my genes. Stronger than me. Every time i try to downsize my ambition it comes back screaming that i can do more.

So what’s next?
Our ambition is clear, be the category leader in GTM partners for startups and scale-ups. Full stop.
Within the next 2 years Earleads will be doing $10M ARR.
We’re also preparing a different kind of challenge. 90 days. Q1 2026. The whole team on the front end this time.
More on this in a few weeks.

Three learnings from these 60 days:
1) You’re never at full capacity
I thought i was working a lot before this challenge. I thought i’d reached maximum output. I thought i was already good at my craft.
The challenge proved me wrong on all three.
The mix between the revenue milestone and a daily newsletter became a mirror. Every night writing the update, i had no choice but to tell the truth and audit whether i actually moved deals forward.
When you think you’re at the top of your capacity, there’s always more. Better. Smarter.
2) Sometimes you gotta all in
Financially. Mentally. Physically.
That’s what i did with this challenge. Bet on the process and the outcome simultaneously.
3) Stay humble and don’t leave money on the table
Put ego away. Accept that a penny is a penny.
I could’ve dropped multiple deals during this sprint.
But i learned that sometimes you bet on the client. Bet on the results you’ll get them. Bet on the upsells. Bet on their network.
Bet that the financial asymmetry you see in a deal today will become something greater tomorrow that benefits everyone.

This was the last daily update. I feel a bit emotional to be honest.
But the journey continues.
When will you read me again here? I don’t know. Maybe in a month. Maybe in a week. Maybe tomorrow.
Let’s see how strong this habit has become lmfao.
Thank you to those of you who opened each and every single update. I see you.
ARR: $1M.
O.
PS: can’t believe i actually kept up with daily updates for 60 straight days and still never added that banner lmfao.
