Day 59 of the $1M ARR sprint.

We hit it.

$1,003,000 ARR. On Thanksgiving weekend. After 59 days of the most intense work sprint me and my team ever done.

i am proud. i am also exhausted. But mostly proud. We proved the model scales.

We proved the onboarding systems can handle velocity without breaking quality standards.

We proved the offer is anti-fragile (content, ads, outreach, GTM playbooks, all of it held up under pressure).

We proved the Earleads team is full of A players who can execute when it matters.

59 days. Felt long and fast at the same time. Every single day was a test.

Tomorrow i’ll share the full breakdown of learnings and what’s next. But tonight i just need to sit with this for a second.

The sprint isn’t over though.

Hitting the number was the goal. But the real shift happens now.

i get to stop being directly obsessed with revenue and start being indirectly obsessed with it.

What that means practically:

→ Better content, for me and the team. Less reactive, more strategic. The kind that builds category authority instead of just pipeline.

→ Better partnerships creating actual moat. Working with VCs, platforms, and players who make Earleads the default choice for B2B GTM instead of just another option.

→ Better campaigns, for our clients. More testing. More AI-powered systems. Smarter signal-based playbooks that actually impact their revenue.

→ Smarter AI GTM playbooks infrastructure, how to do what we do even better.

i have so much to say about what worked, what almost broke, and where we go from here.

But i need time to digest it all first.
