Road to $1M ARR day 38/60: does work ever stops?

2 leads on a Saturday morning.

Day 37 of the $1M ARR sprint.

Business never stops. I learned that early in my journey and this saturday morning at 7am, i’m applying it.


While everyone’s recovering from their friday nights, i’m sending outreach follow ups:

“Now that the week frenezy is calmer and automations have stopped, here’s a human follow up. Did you have a moment to check what i’ve sent?”

That’s me. That’s who you’re getting when you work with Earleads.

Sent that exact message to 3 prospects today.

One told me to circle back tuesday afternoon by email. Noted.

The other two viewed and responded. Not for now, maybe Q1 2026. Also noted.

Every data point matters. Every response builds the picture. Even the “no’s” tell me something about timing, messaging, approach.

Then i posted on LinkedIn. Gained 20 followers. 3 are actual ICP.

Here’s where it gets interesting.

One sent me a connection request. i accepted, sent a message. 7 messages later (full conversation, not some automated nonsense), he’s interested in our services.

From post to prospect in 3 hours. On a saturday morning.

People ask me about my “secret sauce” all the time.

There’s no secret. i’m not the smartest. i’m not the best at sales. i’m not the best marketer.

i’m a very good generalist who hustles like a madman and learns verrrryyy fast.

Going the extra mile sometimes means sending that follow-up when your competitors are brunching.

It’s turning a LinkedIn post into a qualified lead before noon on a saturday.

This whole morning routine took me 3 hours. Then i enjoyed my day in NYC.

Had a 1h upper body workout. Walked 20km with wifey. Had a burger, 2 pizza slices, an ice cream, and caught the sunset on Brooklyn Bridge.

But i paid my dues first.

This is how i’m gonna win long term. Complete confidence in my ability to be consistent.

The math is simple. Most people work monday to friday, 9 to 5. That’s 40 hours.

i work when the work needs to happen. Saturday morning follow-ups. Sunday strategy sessions. Tuesday at midnight if that’s when inspiration hits.

Not because i have to. Because i want to build something extraordinary.
