Road to $1M ARR day 51/60: + $36k in ARR
getting there. final stretch. 92%...
Day 51 of the $1M ARR sprint.
Added $36K in ARR today. We’re getting there.

Pipeline velocity I’ve never experienced before
(And yes i am feeling better).

Two things I’m proud of with 9 days left.
First, we’ve already closed more than what was theoretically needed when this challenge started.
But some clients naturally stop working with you after a period of time. We’ve had 2 long term client who churned during the challenge.
Which tells me it’s time (well, December) to analyze how to close more people on our painkiller playbooks. The ones where they have zero incentive to churn.
And go upmarket. Bigger companies that don’t care about relying on an agency for core GTM functions.
They have the budget, the patience, and most importantly they understand that good GTM is an investment, not a cost center.
Another learning about systems:
Companies with 1-2 SDRs/BDRs would benefit even more from what we do. They actually have someone to act on all the signals we create and leads we capture.
Without that human layer? You’re just generating noise.
The best AI outbound in the world means nothing if no one picks up the phone when a lead responds.
Second thing is the velocity of pipeline creation.
I have conversations with interested prospects daily. Never had this deal creation velocity before.
Just did the math: we added >$600K in ARR in less than 60 days.
If we keep this velocity with some compounding, we could hit $2M in 4 months. And I already know exactly which triggers to pull to get there.
It’s just a question of execution.
This velocity didn’t come from more outbound. It came from better positioning. When you stop trying to convince people AI will replace their sales team and start showing them how to augment it conversations change.
My two-year-old thesis is playing out perfectly. The “AI replaces sales” narrative is dying. The smart money is moving back to human-supported GTM.
Co-pilot systems beats autopilot. Every single time.

The real validation isn’t the $1M number anymore. It’s that we proved the model scales.
The relationships we built with VCs during this sprint are starting to compound. One happy portfolio company becomes five introductions.
Five introductions become two new clients. Two new clients become another VC wanting to introduce us.
The systems we refined handle the volume. The positioning gets sharper with every conversation.
Momentum swings fast in this game. Six months ago, everyone wanted pure AI automation. Now they’re all asking how to “augment their humans”…
Good thing we never left.
Exciting times coming. Can’t wait to dive into the multiple initiatives I have lined up and get shit done.
