Day 8 of the $1M ARR sprint.

One of our clients showed our work to a C-level executive at an accelerator. This person has had over 1,000 conversations with founders in the last 2-3 years.

They’ve never seen this level of clarity and engineering logic in a go-to-market execution.

Never. Out of 1,000 conversations with founders.

We’ve only been working with this client for a month. The plan is to launch soon and turn this into a case study that gets pushed to their entire accelerator network.

Another distribution channel unlocked. Another vertical we could attack for leads.

We’ve been building this vision for years. The hype around hyper-automation is fading. What we’re building is what should have been adopted from day one.

And people are finally recognizing it.

But recognition without revenue is just noise.

I gotta stay focused.

I recorded a workshop video two weeks ago. Been sitting on it. Thought maybe i’d launch it next week. Or in two weeks. Maybe three.

Then i said f***k it and sent it today.

Velocity is everything in this sprint. i am adopting this mojo more and more every day.

The video worked. Strong traction. Lots of people interested in joining the go-to-market workshop (link here if you want in).

The real win isn’t the video performing well. The real win is breaking my own hesitation pattern.

Ship faster. Adjust later.

That’s the muscle this challenge is building.

Since launch day we’ve been opening 2-3 new qualified conversations every single day.

We figured out how to never run out of conversations with the right people. We were doing this before but the volume was conservative. Now it’s aggressive.

What’s funny (and frustrating) is i had the plan all written down for 6 months yet i only pulled the trigger now….

This is working.

No new revenue added today but i have high hopes for next week. Multiple deals in motion. Good signals across the board.

What makes this sprint work is the mindset shift. Scaling and hyper-scaling is intense.

If you don’t give yourself the space to do it right it won’t happen. If you’re not optimistic enough about it actually happening it won’t happen.

You have to be completely crazy about the goal you want to achieve in a very short time frame. That craziness increases the probability of success.

What still feels fragile is making all the systems work together coherently under stress.

But day by day i see things clicking with my team and i am getting more confident this is actually possible.

The only real risk is unknown stress points we haven’t experienced yet. My job is to think about what could break and invest in decreasing the probability of occurrence.

In practice that means acknowledging the rule is “this won’t happen” while completely ignoring that reality and focusing instead on “how do we make it happen?”

Better focus. Higher intensity.

When i look at the fact that i am opening 2-3 qualified conversations every single day i think yeah. I can pull this off.
