Road to $1M ARR day 9/60: working 14 hours a day...
not burning out at 14-hour days, 7 days a week (here's how)
Day 6 of the $1M ARR sprint.

Started working at 8am. Currently writing this at 9:17 pm. Will hopefully close the day around 10pm.
Did it yesterday. Did it today. Will do it tomorrow.
Not quite the “996” (9am-9pm, 6 days a week) but close enough. Call it 897 (8am-9/10pm, 7 days).
Feels like there’s always something to do. A deal to move forward. A prospect to qualify. Content to push. Firefighting to handle.
The question i keep asking myself is how much is enough for today?
The answer i found is simple and healthy (in a way):
Does my body still have enough in the tank without burning myself for tomorrow?
That’s the line i walk every single day of this sprint.

So what does intensity actually look like in practice? let me give you a short overview:
→ 1 newsletter (this one)
→ 1 LinkedIn post
→ Ads running daily across campaigns
→ Profile + website qualification (LinkedIn + site visitors reviewed daily)
→ 5-6 outreach campaigns running simultaneously
All of this while following up on replies.
And we don’t do spray and pray at Earleads. We send one message. That’s it. One shot to get it right.
So when someone responds, i gotta be sharp. Fast. Relevant.
Today’s post hit 13K impressions. 45 new profile visits. 6 qualified prospects.
The content is working. The newsletter is working. The systems are capturing attention and converting it into pipeline.
But pipeline without capacity to close means nothing.

The fatigue i feel isn’t physical (yet). It’s cognitive which is great.
Here’s the rituals i follow to stay sharp and reset once/twice a day:
Train once or twice a day. 15-20 minute nap when needed. Going outside for air (i touch grass yes). Eating well (no junk, no shortcuts).
The hardest part is not hours. It’s the constant context switching.
Defocus. Refocus. Defocus. Refocus.
That’s what drains energy. Not the work itself.
When i lose focus for 10 minutes and have to rebuild momentum, that costs more than an extra hour of execution.
So tomorrow I am building a plan to protect my attention. I am a system builder.
A challenge = a new system.

The only reason i can sustain this pace is because the infrastructure was already built.
The flows exist. The automations work. The content frameworks are repeatable.
i am not inventing new processes every day. i am executing on proven ones at higher volume.
That’s the difference between grinding and scaling.
One burns you out. The other compounds.
The sprint continues.
ARR: $582K → Target: $1M | Days remaining: 51
See you tomorrow 👊
O.
ps: still getting > 6 hours of sleep though :)
